MUSELAA FITNESS | FITNESS LIFESTYLE
TREAT YOUR BODY AS THE #1 GIFT — FOREVER.
Health & Fitness Isn't Just About How You Look. It's About How You Live.
Your body is the vehicle carrying you through this entire life.
It carries you when you wake up in the morning.
It carries you to work.
It carries you through school.
It carries you onto the field, court, track, ring or gym floor.
It carries you when you're building a business.
It carries you when you're raising a family.
It carries you when you're traveling, creating, laughing, working, resting and experiencing the world.
And when life becomes difficult, your body is still there with you.
So why wait until something goes wrong before you start treating it like the gift it is?
Welcome to MuseLaa Fitness | Fitness Lifestyle.
This isn't about chasing somebody else's body.
This isn't about becoming a professional athlete.
This isn't about looking perfect.
And this isn't about living in the gym every hour of the day.
This is about developing a relationship with your own body that can last your entire lifetime.

🧠 MIND. 💪🏾 BODY. ❤️ LIFE.

Fitness is bigger than a workout.
A workout might last 30 minutes.
An hour.
Maybe two hours.
But your fitness lifestyle continues when you leave the gym.
It follows you into your kitchen.
Your workplace.
Your bedroom.
Your relationships.
Your decisions.
Your weekends.
Your vacations.
Your stressful days.
Your good days.
Your difficult seasons.
Fitness becomes powerful when it stops being something you occasionally do and becomes part of how you take care of yourself.
That means learning how to move.
Learning how to fuel yourself.
Learning when to push.
Learning when to recover.
Learning how to adapt.
Learning how to become patient with yourself.
And learning that improvement doesn't have to happen overnight.

🦁 YOU DON'T HAVE TO BECOME SOMEONE ELSE.
Look at the greatest athletes in the world.
Look at the bodybuilders.
Look at the runners.
Look at the fighters.
Look at the people who transformed their health.
Look at the people who have trained for decades.
There is something we can learn from them.
But there is also something we can forget:
You are not them.
And that's okay.
You don't need Michael Jordan's body.
You don't need LeBron James' body.
You don't need a professional bodybuilder's body.
You don't need somebody else's genetics, circumstances, schedule or resources.
You need to learn your body.
You need to understand where you are today.
Then you need to ask:
"What can I improve?"
Maybe it's your strength.
Maybe it's your endurance.
Maybe it's your mobility.
Maybe it's your balance.
Maybe it's your nutrition.
Maybe it's your sleep.
Maybe it's simply getting off the couch and walking around the block.
Your starting point doesn't determine your destination.
Your consistency helps determine how far you can go.

🚶🏾‍♂️ FITNESS STARTS WITH MOVEMENT.
Movement doesn't have to begin with a complicated workout program.
It can begin with walking.
Stretching.
Taking the stairs.
Playing with your children.
Dancing.
Swimming.
Riding a bicycle.
Playing basketball.
Hitting a baseball.
Practicing your sport.
Lifting weights.
Working on mobility.
Going outside and exploring your environment.
Move your body.
Then keep learning what your body needs.
For some people, the first goal isn't lifting heavier.
It's simply becoming comfortable moving again.
For somebody else, the goal might be building serious strength.
For an athlete, it might be improving performance.
For an entrepreneur, it might be having enough energy to handle the demands of building a business.
For someone getting older, it might be maintaining strength, mobility and independence.
Different people. Different goals. Same body principle: take care of yourself.

💪🏾 BUILD YOUR BODY — DON'T PUNISH IT.
There is a difference between training your body and constantly fighting against it.
Training requires understanding.
You challenge yourself.
You recover.
You adapt.
Then you challenge yourself again.
You don't have to destroy yourself every workout to prove that you're serious.
Sometimes progress means adding weight.
Sometimes it means adding another repetition.
Sometimes it means walking farther.
Sometimes it means improving your form.
Sometimes it means stretching.
Sometimes it means taking a recovery day.
And sometimes the strongest decision you can make is saying:
"My body needs rest today."
Listen. Learn. Adapt. Continue.

🍎 WHAT YOU PUT INTO YOUR BODY MATTERS.
Food isn't your enemy.
But food is information.
Every meal gives your body something to work with.
Learning nutrition doesn't mean you can never enjoy your favorite foods again.
It means becoming more conscious.
Understanding portions.
Learning about nutrients.
Drinking enough fluids.
Eating a variety of foods.
Learning what makes you feel energized.
Learning what leaves you feeling sluggish.
Understanding that your everyday choices matter more than one perfect meal.
You don't have to be perfect.
You have to become more aware.
A lifestyle you can maintain for years is more meaningful than a temporary extreme that you abandon after a few weeks.
Build something you can actually live with.

😴 RECOVERY IS PART OF TRAINING.
You cannot build forever without recovering.
Your body needs time.
Your muscles need recovery.
Your nervous system needs recovery.
Your mind needs recovery.
Your entire life sometimes needs you to slow down.
There will be days when you feel unstoppable.
There will also be days when you don't.
That's part of being human.
Don't confuse rest with quitting.
Rest can be preparation.
Recovery can be progress.
Sleep can be training.
Taking a slower day can help you return with more energy.
The goal isn't to work harder every second.
The goal is to learn how to work smarter for the long term.

🔥 FITNESS CAN CHANGE HOW YOU EXPERIENCE YOUR LIFE.
There is something different about feeling your body becoming stronger.
You notice things.
Maybe you can carry something that used to feel heavy.
Maybe you walk farther.
Maybe stairs feel easier.
Maybe your balance improves.
Maybe your clothes fit differently.
Maybe your posture changes.
Maybe you wake up with more confidence.
Maybe you look in the mirror and realize:
"I'm becoming somebody I respect."
That feeling isn't about vanity.
It's about connection.
You are beginning to recognize the person living inside your body.

🌎 FITNESS IS FOR MORE THAN ATHLETES.
MuseLaa Fitness welcomes the athlete.
But it doesn't belong only to athletes.
It's for the person who has never stepped inside a gym.
It's for the person returning after years away.
It's for the busy entrepreneur.
It's for the student.
It's for the parent.
It's for the person rebuilding after a difficult chapter.
It's for the person who wants to become stronger.
It's for the person who wants to improve their lifestyle.
It's for somebody who simply wants to feel better moving through their day.
And it's for people who don't know exactly what their fitness journey looks like yet.
You don't need all the answers before you begin.
Start learning.
Start moving.
Start paying attention.

🏆 FOR THE ATHLETE: THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER LEVEL.
Athletes understand something special.
You don't become better because you showed up once.
You become better because you repeatedly show up.
Practice.
Training.
Recovery.
Film.
Coaching.
Competition.
Failure.
Adjustment.
Repeat.
That's why sports can teach lessons that extend far beyond the scoreboard.
You learn discipline.
You learn accountability.
You learn how to lose.
You learn how to win.
You learn how to listen.
You learn how to compete.
You learn how to adapt.
And eventually, you realize something:
The athlete you become is built by the person you become when nobody is watching.

🧘🏾‍♂️ FITNESS IS ALSO ABOUT THE INSIDE.
A healthy lifestyle isn't only about muscles.
It's about awareness.
When you exercise, you can temporarily step away from the noise.
The phone.
The news.
Social media.
Work.
Arguments.
Stress.
The endless list of things demanding your attention.
You can breathe.
Move.
Stretch.
Lift.
Walk.
Focus.
And for a little while, you're simply there.
That doesn't mean exercise fixes every problem.
It doesn't.
But physical activity can be one meaningful tool people use to support their physical and mental well-being.
Sometimes you don't need another notification.
Sometimes you need to move.

📅 DON'T CHASE PERFECTION. BUILD YEARS.
What if you stopped thinking only about the next 30 days?
What if you thought about the next 10 years?
Imagine what consistent, reasonable habits could become over time.
One workout.
One walk.
One healthier meal.
One better night of sleep.
One recovery day.
One lesson.
One adjustment.
Then another.
And another.
1 DAY
You start.
1 WEEK
You begin developing a rhythm.
1 MONTH
You start noticing patterns.
3 MONTHS
You can look back and see changes.
6 MONTHS
Consistency begins becoming part of your identity.
1 YEAR
You realize you aren't where you started.
5 YEARS
Your younger self may barely recognize your lifestyle.
10 YEARS
You may look back and realize that the little decisions were never little.
They were your life.

🦁 THE MUSELAA FITNESS JOURNEY
This is where I bring the philosophy into real life.
I'm not standing here pretending the journey is perfect.
I'm building too.
I'm training.
I'm learning.
I'm documenting.
I'm adapting.
I'm creating content.
I'm paying attention to my body.
And I'm continuing to develop myself one day at a time.
You'll see workouts.
Fitness conversations.
Reels.
Educational content.
Lifestyle lessons.
Training ideas.
Nutrition conversations.
Recovery discussions.
Personal development.
And eventually, more structured resources, guides, PDFs, programs and community experiences.
The journey itself becomes part of the education.
Not because one person's body is the answer for everybody.
But because watching somebody consistently work on themselves can remind another person:
"I can start working on myself too."

📚 THE MUSELAA FITNESS KNOWLEDGE ROOM
The goal isn't only to tell you what to do.
I want you to understand why.
This ecosystem can continue growing into a library of information covering:

And more.
Because knowledge shouldn't be locked inside somebody's head forever.
Learn it. Apply it. Understand it. Then teach somebody else.

💛 YOUR BODY DESERVES YOUR ATTENTION.
You spend money protecting your car.
You clean your home.
You protect your phone.
You insure your possessions.
You maintain your equipment.
But what about the body that allows you to use all of it?
Your body is your lifelong home.
You cannot trade it in.
You cannot order another one.
You cannot go backward and restart your childhood.
But you can begin taking better care of the body you have today.
And if your body has already been through difficult things?
Don't automatically assume the story is finished.
Learn.
Adapt.
Work with qualified professionals when needed.
Start from where you are.
Respect your limitations.
Celebrate improvements.
Keep building.

🌱 YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY DOESN'T HAVE TO LOOK LIKE MINE.
That's important.
MuseLaa Fitness isn't here to tell everybody:
"Train like me."
It's here to encourage you to ask:
"What does taking better care of myself look like for me?"
Maybe your journey begins with five minutes.
Maybe it's walking.
Maybe it's learning how to cook.
Maybe it's drinking more water.
Maybe it's getting consistent sleep.
Maybe it's learning strength training.
Maybe it's joining a gym.
Maybe it's returning to a sport you loved.
Maybe it's working with a qualified trainer.
Maybe it's simply looking in the mirror and deciding:
"I'm going to stop abandoning myself."
Wherever your beginning is...
begin there.

🌅 THIS IS A LIFESTYLE, NOT A SEASON.
New Year's resolutions come and go.
Summer bodies come and go.
Trends come and go.
Fitness challenges come and go.
But your body stays with you.
Forever.
That's why MuseLaa Fitness is built around a different question:
Not:
"How fast can I transform?"
But:
"How can I build a healthier relationship with my body that lasts for the rest of my life?"
That's the bigger game.
MUSELAA FITNESS
TREAT YOUR BODY AS THE #1 GIFT — FOREVER.

🧠 Mentality Is the Key to Life

Win the Mind. The Body Will Follow.

Before a game is won...

Before a business is built...

Before a degree is earned...

Before a championship is celebrated...

The battle begins in the mind.

Your mentality is one of the few things you truly control.

You don't control where you're born.

You don't control the family you grow up in.

You don't control your height, your genetics, your race, or many of life's unexpected challenges.

Some people begin life with more opportunities.

Some begin with more obstacles.

That's reality.

But every person still has choices to make about how they respond to the life in front of them.

We Are All Different

Walk into any gym, classroom, workplace, or sports arena.

You'll see people standing side by side.

But every person carries a different story.

One person may be recovering from an injury.

Another may be grieving the loss of someone they love.

Someone else may be raising children while working two jobs.

Another person may be managing diabetes or another health condition.

Someone may have grown up with support and encouragement.

Someone else may have had to become their own source of motivation.

The outside rarely tells the whole story.

That's why respect matters.

You never truly know what another person is carrying.

Accept Your Starting Point

Your starting point is not your finish line.

Don't waste your energy wishing you had someone else's journey.

Instead, ask yourself:

"What can I do with the opportunities I have today?"

That question changes everything.

The strongest competitors aren't always the most talented.

They're often the ones who refuse to stop learning.

Control the Mind

Your mind listens to what you repeatedly tell it.

If every morning you tell yourself you're not good enough, your confidence begins to shrink.

If every day you remind yourself that growth takes time, you'll become more patient with the process.

Feed your mind with thoughts that move you forward.

Speak to yourself with honesty, but also with hope.

Coach Leo's Mental Reset

When life feels overwhelming, pause and ask:

What can I control today?

What lesson can I learn from this situation?

What is one positive step I can take before today ends?

What would my future self thank me for doing right now?

You don't need every answer today.

You only need your next step.

Don't Let Comparison Steal Your Peace

Comparison has ended many dreams before they ever had a chance to grow.

Someone will always be ahead of you.

Someone will always have more money.

Someone will always be stronger.

Someone will always have more followers.

Let them run their race.

You run yours.

Your success should never depend on someone else's timeline.

Train Your Mind Like You Train Your Body

Mental strength grows through repetition.

■ Practice gratitude.

■ Practice patience.

■ Practice discipline.

■ Practice kindness.

■ Practice showing up when you don't feel like it.

These are mental repetitions just as important as physical ones.

The Power of Small Victories

● Some days your victory is finishing a workout.

● Some days it's making it to work on time.

● Some days it's choosing water instead of another sugary drink.

● Some days it's getting out of bed when life feels heavy.

Never underestimate small victories.

Small victories build strong people.

Build a Legacy, Not an Excuse

Excuses can feel comfortable because they explain why something didn't happen.

Growth asks a different question:

"What can I do next?"

The answer may be small.

Read one page.

Walk for ten minutes.

Call someone who encourages you.

Learn one new skill.

Take one healthy step.

Those choices build momentum.

》》》Your Mind Is Your Greatest Teammate

》》》Your body will become tired.

》》》Your circumstances will change.

People will come and go.

But your mindset travels with you everywhere.

●□■》Protect it.

●□■》Challenge it.

●□■》Strengthen it.

Feed it with learning, purpose, and discipline.

A Message to Your Future Self

If you're reading this ten years from today, I hope you smile.

Not because life became easy.

But because you didn't quit.

You accepted your circumstances without allowing them to define your future.

■You learned.

■You adapted.

■You kept moving.

● One decision.

● One lesson.

● One day at a time.

That is how ordinary people accomplish extraordinary things.

🦁 Coach Leo's Daily Mentality Checklist》》》

🦁 20 Daily MantrasRead Today. Live Today. Come Back 20 Years From Now.These are designed to work today, tomorrow, 10 years from now, and 20 years from now. They're not about instant gratification. They're about building a life through consistent decisions.

1. Thank You For TodayI woke up today, and that is a blessing. I will not waste this day waiting for tomorrow. I will appreciate today and give it everything I have.

2. My Lane Is My LaneI don't need someone else's life. I respect their journey while building mine. My lane may be different, but it is still worth traveling.

3. Give It Your AllWhen I enter the gym, workplace, classroom, or any arena, I will give honest effort. I don't need to be better than everyone today. I need to be better than yesterday's version of me.

4. No Instant GratificationI will not demand overnight results from a life that may take years to build. If I want something meaningful, I will give it months, years, and the discipline required to earn it.

5. I Appreciate My PeopleI will appreciate the people I love while they're here. A conversation, meal, hug, laugh, or simple moment can become a memory I wish I could experience again.

🦁 10 TIPS FOR LIFE1. Learn How to Listen.

Great athletes don't only listen when the coach is praising them.

1. Learn to listen when someone tells you something you don't want to hear. Sometimes the correction you resist is the lesson you need.

2. Learn How to CommunicateTell people what you need. Ask questions. Speak respectfully. Communicate with teammates, coaches, family, clients, teachers and coworkers. Talent without communication can become a limitation.

3. Learn How to Say NO"No" is a complete answer when something threatens your future. You don't have to attend every party, accept every invitation, follow every crowd, or prove yourself to everybody.

4. Learn How to Manage MoneyYour first paycheck isn't permission to spend everything. Learn budgeting, saving, taxes, credit, investing and how businesses make money. An athlete can train their body for years and still struggle financially if they never train their financial mind.

5. Learn a Skill Outside Your SportLearn technology. Writing. Public speaking. Coding. Design. Business. Cooking. A trade. Photography. Whatever interests you.Your sport may open a door, but another skill could keep your future moving after your playing career ends.

6. Learn How to Be AloneBeing alone doesn't mean you're lonely.Sometimes you need quiet. No crowd. No teammates. No social media.Just you, your thoughts and your direction.Learn who you are when nobody is watching.

7. Learn How to ApologizeBeing strong doesn't mean never admitting you're wrong.Say:"I was wrong.""I'm sorry.""I'll do better."That's maturity—not weakness.

8. Learn How to Handle SuccessFailure gets a lot of attention, but success can test you too.Don't let one championship convince you that you're finished learning.Don't let money change your character.Don't let attention make you forget the people who helped you get there.Stay teachable.

9. Learn How to Protect Your ReputationYour decisions follow you.The internet remembers.Your teammates remember.Employers remember.Schools remember. Before you act, ask:"Would I be comfortable with this decision being seen by everyone I respect?"If not, pause.

10. Learn How to Enjoy the JourneyDon't spend your entire life waiting for the next achievement.Enjoy today's workout.Enjoy your family.Enjoy your meal.Enjoy the walk.Enjoy learning.Enjoy the small apartment before the dream house.Enjoy the first business sale before the million-dollar company.Your life is happening while you're building your future.

●●□■》Win Today IN 💪 Your Lane!!

《《《🦁 GAME DAY EVERY DAY IN YOUR LANE》》》

Stay In Your Lane | Stay Locked In | Win Today!!:

Every athlete dreams about game day ●●□■》

■ The lights.

■ The crowd.

■ The uniform.

■ The butterflies.

■ The excitement.

■ The opportunity to compete》》》

But here's something every champion eventually learns:

●●□■》Game day isn't just Saturday.

●●□■》Game day is every day.

The choices you make today determine the opportunities you'll have tomorrow.

Whether you're reading this at 10 years old,

18 years old, 30 years old,

or 60 years old, this message is for you.

Whether you play football, basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, boxing, track and field, lacrosse, hockey, NASCAR, golf, or another sport, the principles of preparation never change.

Today is your game day.

■Not yesterday.

■Not tomorrow.

Today.

●You cannot control the weather.

●You cannot control what people say about you.

●You cannot control whether someone believes in your dream.

●You cannot control who starts ahead of you.

●●□■》But you can control your attitude.

●Your effort.

●Your preparation. ●Your discipline. ●Your character.

Stay in your lane. Don't waste your energy comparing your journey to someone else's. There will always be someone faster, stronger, richer, more experienced, or more talented.

There will also always be someone looking up to you because you kept going when life became difficult.

》》》Run your race.

》》》Play your position.

》》》Trust your preparation.

Some mornings you'll wake up full of energy.

Other mornings you'll feel tired.

Some days life will test you with disappointment, injury, illness, failure, or loss.Don't let one difficult day convince you to quit on a lifetime of possibilities!!

Champions aren't remembered because everything went their way. They're remembered because they kept moving forward when things didn't.

■》Every practice matters.

■》Every workout matters.

■》Every healthy meal matters.

■》Every class matters.

■》Every conversation matters.

■》 Every decision matters.

One decision doesn't make you.Thousands of decisions do.When you step onto the field, the court, the track, the mat, the ring, or into the classroom, bring your best effort—not because someone is watching, but because you're building a standard for yourself.

■Respect your coaches.

■Respect your teammates.

■Respect your opponents.

■Respect officials.

■Respect your family.

●●□■》Most importantly!! 《《《Respect The Person You See In The Mirror》》》

Because that person has to live with today's decisions tomorrow.

There will be days when nobody claps for you.Keep working.

There will be days when nobody notices your improvement.Keep working.

There will be days when you question yourself.Keep working.

One day, people will call your success "overnight."They won't see the early mornings. The late nights. The setbacks. The sacrifices. The quiet victories. You'll know.

And that's enough.

🦁 Coach Leo's Game Day Checklist Before you leave home today, ASK YOURSELF ●●□■》

✅ Did I prepare?

✅ Did I fuel my body?

✅ Did I get enough rest?

✅ Am I bringing a positive attitude?

✅ Will I encourage a teammate today?✅ Will I compete with integrity?

✅ Will I give my best effort?

✅ Will I learn from every mistake?

✅ Will I stay in my lane?

✅ Will I leave today better than I started?

If the answer is yes, then you're already winning.Remember this:

The scoreboard tells people who won the game.Your daily habits tell the world who you're becoming. So whether you're preparing for a championship, a workout, a practice, a difficult conversation, an exam, a job interview, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself...

Treat today like it's Game Day.

Compete with purpose.

Learn with humility.

Lead with character.

Finish stronger than you started.

And when the day is over, don't ask whether you were perfect.

Ask yourself:

"Did I give my all today?"If the answer is yes, be proud.

Wake up tomorrow.

And do it again.

Because the greatest competitors don't wait for game day.

They make every day Game Day.

🦁 THE GAME WITHIN THE GAME

🦁 THE GAME WITHIN THE GAMEYour Game Day Mindset | Win Today. One Play At A Time.

Every athlete has a game.Every entrepreneur has a business to build.Every student has classes to attend.Every parent has a family to care for.Every person has challenges they must face. That's why Game Day isn't only about sports.Game Day is today. When you wake up, life has already kicked off.The question isn't whether you'll face pressure. The question is:How will you respond? This guide is for football players, basketball players, baseball players, wrestlers, runners, swimmers, soccer players, hockey players, volleyball players, boxers, golfers, martial artists, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to compete with purpose. No matter what arena you're in...The principles remain the same.🏁 Before the Game BeginsBefore you step onto the field, the court, the track, the mat, the ice, or into the workplace...Pause.Take one deep breath.Remind yourself:"I've prepared for this.""I don't have to be perfect.""I only need to give my best effort."Don't spend your energy worrying about what the crowd thinks.Don't waste your focus on your opponent's reputation.Your greatest competition is becoming a better version of yourself.

🎯 Pregame VisionAsk yourself these questions:

✔️ How can I help my team today?

✔️ How can I stay positive under pressure?

✔️ If my number isn't called right away, will I still encourage my teammates?

✔️ Will I celebrate others when they succeed?

✔️ Will I stay ready even if my opportunity comes late?Championship teams are built by people who stay prepared, not just people who stay noticed.

🥇 First Quarter MindsetStart StrongThe first quarter isn't about winning the entire game. It's about establishing your attitude.Play with energy.Communicate.Listen.Learn.Don't try to do everything by yourself.Trust your preparation.Trust your teammates.Trust the process.Life works the same way.Don't try to accomplish ten years of success in one month.Build momentum.

🔥 Second Quarter MindsetStay DisciplinedThis is where many people lose focus. The excitement fades.Fatigue begins.Distractions appear. This is when discipline becomes more valuable than motivation.Keep doing the little things.Run hard.Communicate.Stay locked in.If you're on the bench...Stay engaged.Cheer for your teammates.Watch the game.Learn something.Your opportunity can arrive without warning.

💪 Third Quarter MindsetRespond to AdversityThis quarter often decides character.Maybe you made a mistake.Maybe you dropped the pass.Maybe you struck out.Maybe you threw an interception.Maybe you missed the free throw.Maybe you shot an airball.Maybe your business lost a client.Maybe your interview didn't go well.Accept it.Don't let one mistake become the rest of your day.The best competitors recover faster—not because they never fail, but because they refuse to stay stuck.Every great athlete has made mistakes. The difference is they kept playing.

🏆 Fourth Quarter MindsetFinish With PrideWhen you're tired...Compete.When you're uncomfortable...Compete.When nobody notices...Compete.Finish what you started.Whether you win or lose, leave knowing you gave everything you had.Effort is something no one can take from you.

🧠 Your Teammates MatterNot everyone scores. Not everyone gets interviewed. Not everyone starts. But everyone contributes.Maybe your job is setting a screen.Blocking.Playing defense.Encouraging someone.Helping a teammate stay positive.Leadership isn't always loud.Sometimes leadership is doing your job with excellence when no one is watching.

💥 If You Mess Up...You asked for the ball. You got it.You fumbled.Or...You finally took the shot. And it was an airball. Now what?Take a breath.Don't hide.Don't blame others.Don't stop believing in yourself. The next opportunity may come five seconds later.Stay ready.Confidence isn't believing you'll never fail.Confidence is believing you'll respond when you do.

🌍 The Entrepreneur's Game DayBusiness has quarters too. Some months are incredible. Some months are difficult. Some ideas succeed. Some fail. The people who build lasting businesses don't quit after one bad quarter. They study.Adjust.Improve.And keep showing up.📚 The Student's Game DayEvery class is practice.Every assignment is preparation.Every test is an opportunity to learn.Success in school isn't about knowing everything. It's about showing up consistently and continuing to improve.

❤️ Respect Every RoleEvery championship team needs:Leaders.Role players.Teachers.Encouragers.Listeners.Workers.Don't chase someone else's position.Master your own.Your role matters.

🦁 Coach Leo's Game Day Checklist Before the game...

☐ I prepared.

☐ I respected my teammates.

☐ I respected my coaches.

☐ I controlled my attitude.

☐ I stayed humble.During the game...

☐ I communicated.

☐ I encouraged others.

☐ I stayed focused after mistakes.

☐ I competed with integrity.

☐ I gave maximum effort.After the game...

☐ I accepted the result.

☐ I learned something.

☐ I thanked my teammates.

☐ I thanked my coaches.

☐ I prepared to improve tomorrow.🌟

Remember...A champion isn't someone who never fails.A champion is someone who gets back up one more time than they fall. Some days you'll make the game-winning play. Some days you'll miss the shot. Some days you'll sit on the bench. Some days you'll lead the team.Every role has value.Every season teaches something.Every setback carries a lesson if you're willing to learn it.So when life hands you the ball again...Catch it.Trust yourself.Play with courage. And if you miss...Smile.Learn.Stay ready.Because your next opportunity may already be on its way.

Every month, take one hour for yourself.
No distractions.
No excuses.
Ask yourself:
What improved?
What didn't?
What habits helped me?
What habits hurt me?
Who helped me grow?
Who drained my energy?
What am I grateful for?
What will I focus on next month?
Growth begins with honesty.
💪 Weight Loss Is More Than a Number
Don't chase a smaller number on the scale.Build a healthier lifestyle.
Celebrate:
□Walking farther.
□Sleeping better.
□Drinking more water.
□Choosing healthier meals.
□Feeling stronger.
□Having more energy.
Real change happens through hundreds of small decisions.
🚭 Take Control of Smoking & Drinking If smoking or drinking has become a habit you want to change, don't define yourself by yesterday.Start with one decision today.
Reduce the habit.Ask for support if you need it.
Replace unhealthy habits with healthier ones.
One positive choice can become a new routine.
If you slip, don't quit.
Learn.Adjust.Keep moving forward.
❤️ Find Your WHY, Your WHY is the reason you refuse to quit.
Maybe it's your children.
Your parents.
Your future family.
Your dream career.
Your health.
Your community.
Or maybe...Your WHY is simply becoming someone you're proud to see in the mirror.
Whatever it is...Protect it.Write it down.Read it often.
Let it guide your decisions.
🌎 Slow Life Down. The world will always tell you to hurry. This platform asks you to pause.Look around.Take a deep breath.
Notice the people you love.
Appreciate your body.
Appreciate the opportunity to learn.
Appreciate today.
Tomorrow isn't guaranteed.Today is.
🦁 If You Fall...Everyone falls.
Athletes.Students.
Parents.Coaches.
Business owners.Champions.
The question isn't whether you'll fall.
The question is:What will you do next?
Accept the fall.Learn the lesson.Stand back up.Keep your eyes on your vision.Don't let one chapter become your entire story.🔟 Your 10-Year Vision Don't live only for the weekend.Imagine meeting yourself ten years from today. What would that person thank you for?Would they thank you for giving up?Or would they thank you for staying disciplined when nobody was watching?Ten years is built one day at a time.Today's decision becomes tomorrow's habit.Tomorrow's habit becomes next year's lifestyle.Your lifestyle becomes your legacy.🪞 Respect the Person in the MirrorYour body is a gift. Some people run marathons. Some walk with a cane. Some use wheelchairs. Some are recovering from surgery. Some live with chronic illness. Some have physical disabilities.Every person deserves dignity.Don't compare your journey to someone else's.Respect where you are.Improve from where you are.Your goal isn't to become someone else.Your goal is to become a healthier, stronger, kinder version of yourself.

■ They are stories.■ They are battles.■ They are moments where preparation meets opportunity.■ They are the place where dreams are built, tested, broken, rebuilt, and sometimes turned into legacies.

●■》Welcome to Sports Talk With Coach Leo, where we look beyond the scoreboard and talk about the people, the moments, the decisions, and the mindset that create greatness.

》》》This is not just another sports blog.》》》This is a place where sports are analyzed through the eyes of someone who has experienced competition, coaching, training, injuries, setbacks, rebuilding, and the never-ending pursuit of becoming better.

《《 Welcome to my world.》》》

●●□■》Who Is Coach Leo?My name is Leopold Ashley III.

Many people know me as LeoThaLyon, but Coach Leo represents another part of my journey. Who Is:□ The competitor.□ The student of Sports | Health and Fitness 4EVER!!

□ The person who understands that sports are not just played on the field, court, ring, or track.

Sports are played in the mind first.

●●□■》I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, raised in Minnesota, and sports have been a major part of my life since I was 7 years young.

■ Basketball》》》

■ Hockey》》》

■ Baseball》》》

■ Lacrosse》》》

■ Wrestling》》》

》》》I have been the athlete chasing the dream. & STILL AT THIS VERY MOMENT!!》》》I have been the competitor fighting for a spot.》》》I have been the person understanding what it means to put everything on the line.》》》I walked on at Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota and earned my opportunity to play!! And than, coach college football all at SCSU.

I continued my journey playing semi-professional football for eight years, competing in All-Star games, and learning lessons that only competition can teach.

But my athletic journey did not end when the games stopped.Because true competitors never stop competing. The Athlete/Competitor Still 《LIVES》 Inside Me.

One thing people need to understand about Coach Leo:●■》I am still an athlete.●■》I still train DAILY/WEEKLYin the Fitness Gym.●■》I still live the lifestyle.

The gym is not just a place I visit. It is part of my daily life.I believe the athlete inside "YOU" does not disappear when the uniform comes off.□□》The discipline remains.□□》The hunger remains.□□》The desire to improve remains.

●Every workout teaches me something.●Every challenge teaches me something.●Every limitation creates another opportunity to adapt.

The same mindset I had as a football player is the same mindset I carry | YESTERDAY, TODAY & TOMORROW!!

DAILY: Show up. Work. Improve. Repeat.●●□■》That is what athletes do!!

Why Sports Talk With Coach Leo Exists,Sports conversations today can become full of negativity.Someone has a bad game, and suddenly people question their entire career.Someone makes a mistake, and fans forget everything that athlete accomplished.

That is not how I view sports.●■●Every athlete has a story.●■●Every athlete has a journey.●■●Every athlete has moments where they must answer difficult questions.

●●□■》But at the same time...Greatness requires accountability. When you reach the highest levels of sports, the standard changes.Millions of people watch.Young athletes are learning from you.Future generations are watching your preparation, your attitude, your leadership, and your response to adversity. So yes, we will celebrate greatness. But we will also have honest conversations.Because sometimes athletes need encouragement.Sometimes teams need adjustments.Sometimes coaches need to make better decisions.Sometimes a superstar needs to elevate their game. That is not hate. That is sports. My Perspective Is DifferentI am not just a fan watching from a distance.I understand what it means to compete.I understand the pressure.I understand injuries.I understand fighting to return.I understand what happens when your body changes but your competitive spirit stays the same. That perspective matters. When I watch an athlete struggle, I don't immediately judge.I ask:"What is happening?""What can they improve?""What separates them from becoming greater?""What can the next generation learn from this moment?"Because sports are lessons. The Modern Athlete Is More Than An AthleteThe world has changed.Today's athlete is not only competing on the field.Athletes are:entrepreneurscreatorsleadersbrandscommunity voicesThis is something I understand personally.I am not only an athlete.I am a content creator.I am a website developer.I am technology driven.I build platforms.I create stories.I design.I create art.I believe creativity and sports have something powerful in common:Both require vision. An artist sees something before others can see it.An athlete believes in something before others believe it.Both require patience, repetition, discipline, and the courage to create something from nothing.Sports Are About More Than WinningWinning matters.Championships matter.Statistics matter.Records matter. But the true impact of sports goes deeper.Sports teach:disciplineteamworkleadershipsacrificeresilienceresponsibilityA young athlete watching their favorite player should not only ask:"How many points did they score?"They should ask:"How did they prepare?""How did they handle pressure?""How did they respond when things went wrong?"Because the greatest lessons are usually hidden inside the hardest moments. The Conversations We Will HaveHere at Sports Talk With Coach Leo, we will discuss:BasketballFrom the NBA to college basketball. We will talk about:player performancestradescoaching decisionschampionshipsplayer developmentlegacyExample:When we discuss someone like LeBron James, we are not only talking about points and championships. We are talking about longevity.Leadership.Adaptation.The evolution of a player who has been watched by an entire generation.FootballThis is where my personal experience connects deeply. We will discuss:NFL storiescollege footballquarterbackscoaching decisionsteam buildingthe mental side of the gameBoxing And Combat SportsThe fight game teaches lessons unlike any other sport.

We will talk about:preparationconfidencestrategycourageovercoming adversityBecause stepping into a ring requires something special.Soccer, Baseball, And The World Of SportsSports are global.Greatness exists everywhere.Different countries.Different cultures.Different backgrounds. But the same competitive spirit. The Coach Leo StandardRespect everyone.Analyze honestly.Celebrate greatness.Challenge improvement.Learn from every moment. That is the standard.I will never create content based on tearing athletes down. But I will always have conversations that push athletes, teams, and fans to think deeper.Because growth requires honesty. The Journey ContinuesMy journey is still being written.I am still training.Still learning.Still creating.Still building.Still competing in my own lane. The athlete inside me is still alive. The creator inside me is still building. The coach inside me is still teaching.Sports gave me lessons that I carry every day.Now I want to share those lessons with athletes, fans, parents, coaches, and anyone who loves competition.Welcome to:Sports Talk With Coach LeoWhere the game is discussed.Where athletes are respected.Where greatness is studied.Where competition meets perspective.Let's talk sports.1Luv. 🦁

🌎 《《《HOW TO PAUSE & TAKE LIFE ONE DAY AT A TIME》》》

■You. ■Me. □Everyone. ●●□■》Worldwide.
《《《PAUSE》》》

Take a deep breath.
Look around you.
You're here.
That sounds simple, but it isn't.
Every single day, people around the world wake up carrying something.
Someone is worried about money.
Someone is fighting through an illness.
Someone is grieving someone they love.
Someone is trying to save a relationship.
Someone is raising a child.
Someone is starting a business.
Someone is recovering from an injury.
Someone is learning how to live after losing a part of their body.
Someone is trying to figure out who they are.
Someone is smiling on social media while quietly fighting a battle nobody knows about.
And while all of this is happening, the world keeps moving.
News keeps coming.
Phones keep buzzing.
Social media keeps refreshing.
People keep comparing.
Bills keep coming.
Businesses keep competing.
Athletes keep training.
People keep getting older.
Tomorrow keeps approaching.
And everybody keeps asking:
"What's next?"
But sometimes we need to ask a different question:
"What about today?"
LIFE IS NOT GOING TO STOP.
There will always be something happening somewhere.
There will always be another problem.
Another election.
Another championship.
Another recession.
Another invention.
Another trend.
Another argument.
Another notification.
Another person telling you what the world will look like three years from now.
Some predictions will be right.
Some will be wrong.
But none of us are guaranteed three years.
We're guaranteed this moment.
Today.
Right now.
This breath.
This opportunity to live.
That's why taking life one day at a time isn't giving up on your future.
It's actually one of the healthiest ways to build it.
HAVE A VISION — BUT LIVE TODAY.
I believe in having a vision.
I believe in dreaming bigger.
I believe in setting goals that might take years.
Five years.
Ten years.
Twenty years.
I believe in becoming stronger, wiser, healthier and more capable.
But your future cannot be built without today.
You don't get to skip today and magically arrive at tomorrow.
You build tomorrow through today's choices.
Dream about the future.
Work toward the future.
But don't forget to live today.
If you want a stronger body five years from now, take care of your body today.
If you want a successful business five years from now, build something today.
If you want better relationships tomorrow, love somebody today.
If you want to become wiser, learn something today.
If you want to become more disciplined, practice discipline today.
The future is being created by what you repeatedly do today.
📱 THE WORLD HAS BECOME VERY GOOD AT MAKING US RUSH.
Pick up your phone.
Scroll.
Refresh.
Swipe.
Compare.
Watch somebody else's vacation.
Watch somebody else's body.
Watch somebody else's business.
Watch somebody else's house.
Watch somebody else's relationship.
Watch somebody else's success.
And suddenly you're looking at somebody else's life for an hour...
while your own life is happening in front of you.
I'm not here to judge anybody for using social media.
Social media can educate us.
Connect us.
Inspire us.
Give creators a voice.
Build businesses.
Create opportunities.
But we have to remember:
The screen is not your life.
Your body is real.
Your family is real.
Your friends are real.
Your responsibilities are real.
Your dreams are real.
Your time is real.
And your life is happening outside the screen.
🪞 LOOK IN THE MIRROR.
This is where the work begins.
Not with somebody else's life.
With yours.
Ask yourself:
Where am I today?
How am I treating myself?
Am I learning?
Am I growing?
Am I taking care of my body?
Am I taking care of my mind?
Am I creating anything?
Am I moving?
Am I resting when I need to?
Am I becoming more disciplined?
Am I still carrying something from years ago that I need to release?
You don't have to hate the person you see in the mirror to improve.
In fact, I believe you should do the opposite.
Accept yourself first.
Then build.
🏃🏾‍♂️ FITNESS CAN HELP YOU COME BACK TO THE NOW.
This is one reason fitness matters so much to me.
When you're moving your body, you have an opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
You feel your breathing.
You feel your heartbeat.
You feel your muscles working.
You feel your feet touching the ground.
You notice your balance.
You notice your strength.
You notice your limitations.
And eventually, you notice your improvements.
Maybe you walked farther.
Maybe you stretched better.
Maybe you lifted more.
Maybe you moved with less difficulty.
Maybe you simply got out of bed and moved when yesterday you didn't think you could.
That's progress.
Fitness isn't only about building muscle.
It can teach patience.
It can teach discipline.
It can give you somewhere constructive to put your energy.
It can help you become more aware of your body.
It can remind you that change happens gradually.
And it can give you a physical reminder that:
If you keep working, something can change.
❤️ AND THEN THERE IS LOSS.
Eventually, everyone experiences it.
We lose people.
Sometimes unexpectedly.
Sometimes after long illnesses.
Sometimes when we thought we had more time.
And grief doesn't operate on a schedule.
You don't simply wake up one morning and say:
"I'm done grieving."
You may miss their voice.
Their laugh.
Their advice.
Their presence.
A simple conversation.
A meal.
A memory.
A moment that seemed ordinary when it happened but becomes priceless after they're gone.
So if you've lost somebody you love, don't feel like you have to erase them to move forward.
Carry the love forward.
Remember what they taught you.
Remember how they made you laugh.
Remember what they believed about you.
Remember the moments you shared.
Then ask:
"If they loved me, what would they want me to do with the life I still have?"
Maybe they would want you to keep going.
Maybe they would want you to take care of yourself.
Maybe they would want you to finish what you started.
Maybe they would want you to become the person they always believed you could become.
You don't honor somebody you love by destroying yourself because they're gone.
You can honor them by continuing to live.
Take another quality step.
Then another.
🦿 SOMETIMES LIFE FORCES YOU TO REBUILD.
A person can lose a limb.
Lose their health.
Lose their career.
Lose their home.
Lose a relationship.
Lose financial security.
Lose confidence.
Lose somebody they love.
And for a while, life may feel completely different.
You may have to learn how to walk again.
Learn how to move differently.
Learn how to work again.
Learn how to trust yourself again.
Learn how to look in the mirror again.
That's not weakness.
That's adaptation.
Life doesn't always give us the body, circumstances or situation we originally imagined.
Sometimes we have to accept what happened, adjust to reality and begin building from where we are.
Not where we wish we were.
Where we are.
That's where rebuilding begins.
🧠 ACCEPTANCE DOESN'T MEAN SURRENDER.
This distinction matters.
Acceptance doesn't mean:
"I can't change anything."
It means:
"This is where I am. Now what can I do from here?"
That's powerful.
You can't change yesterday.
But you can learn from it.
You can't control everything tomorrow will bring.
But you can prepare.
You can't control everybody's opinion of you.
But you can control how you treat yourself.
You can't make everybody support you.
But you can continue developing yourself.
You can't stop life from changing.
But you can learn how to change with it.
🌱 GIVE YOURSELF TIME.
Don't demand that your entire life change overnight.
Give yourself:
One day.
Then another.
Then a week.
Then two weeks.
Then a month.
Then three months.
Then six months.
Then a year.
Look back.
You may be surprised.
The person who started may not recognize the person standing there.
Your body may be different.
Your mindset may be different.
Your skills may be different.
Your confidence may be different.
Your environment may be different.
Your goals may have evolved.
And that's okay.
Growth isn't always obvious while you're living through it.
Sometimes you have to look backward to see how far you've walked.
🌎 THERE ARE BILLIONS OF PEOPLE.
Don't spend your entire life trying to convince everybody to understand you.
There are billions of people on this planet.
Some will love your energy.
Some won't.
Some will support you.
Some won't.
Some will understand your vision.
Some won't.
Some will criticize you.
Some won't even notice you.
That's life.
Don't allow somebody else's opinion to become the scoreboard for your existence.
Your responsibility is to become the best version of yourself that you can become.
🦁 YOU DON'T HAVE TO WIN EVERY DAY.
Sometimes your best today is extraordinary.
Sometimes your best today is simply getting through the day.
Both matter.
If today you trained hard:
Respect it.
If today you took a walk:
Respect it.
If today you worked:
Respect it.
If today you created something:
Respect it.
If today you rested because your body needed recovery:
Respect it.
If today was difficult and you still made it to tomorrow:
Respect that too.
The scoreboard isn't always about how much you accomplished.
Sometimes it's:
"I DIDN'T GIVE UP ON MYSELF."
⏳ ONE DAY, WE WILL TAKE OUR LAST BREATH.
That's not meant to scare you.
It's meant to wake you up.
People took their last breath today.
Some were young.
Some were old.
Some expected tomorrow.
Some didn't know today would be their final day.
And we're still here.
So let's stop treating life like something we're guaranteed to have forever.
You don't have to rush through life.
You don't have to hurry to become old.
You don't have to experience everything immediately.
You don't have to have every answer today.
Slow down.
Look around.
Breathe.
Eat your food.
Drink your water.
Move your body.
Call somebody you love.
Create something.
Learn something.
Laugh.
Rest.
Train.
Walk.
Build.
Love.
LIVE.
🌅 WHAT DOES "ONE DAY AT A TIME" REALLY MEAN?
It doesn't mean you don't have goals.
It doesn't mean you don't plan.
It doesn't mean you stop dreaming.
It means you don't sacrifice today's life worrying about every possible version of tomorrow.
You have a vision.
Now build toward it.
Today.
Then tomorrow.
Then the next day.
That's how five years happens.
That's how ten years happens.
That's how a lifetime happens.
EVERYDAY IS GAMEDAY.
Pause.
Take a deep breath.
Look at the person in the mirror.
Accept them.
Love them.
Challenge them.
Develop them.
Then ask yourself:
"What is one quality step I can take today?"
You don't need to know every step after that.
Take this one.
Tomorrow, take another.
When you fall, learn.
When you lose, learn.
When you hurt, recover.
When you succeed, stay humble.
When somebody leaves, carry the memories that mattered.
When life changes, adapt.
When the world gets loud...
PAUSE.
And come back to yourself.
Because the world is going to keep moving.
It always has.
It always will.
You don't have to stop the world.
You just have to learn how to live inside it.

⛳ THE 20-YEAR GOLF VISION

2026 → 2046

I Don't Know Where Golf Will Take Me. I Know Where I'm Starting.

I have a thought.

I have a feeling.

And I'm going to follow it.

I'm not starting golf because I have everything figured out. I'm starting because after everything I've experienced, I still have the desire to learn something new, challenge myself, compete, and see what another 20 years of discipline can create.

I've been an athlete.

I've competed in six sports.

Competition is in me.

But this chapter is different.

Golf is going to teach me another side of competition: patience, precision, discipline, concentration, humility, recovery, and the ability to make the next best move.

And that's exactly what I want to learn.

🦁 MY PROMISE TO MYSELF

I will not rush this.

I will not compare my beginning to somebody else's middle.

I will not allow money, setbacks, mistakes, opinions, age, or circumstances to convince me that I cannot learn.

I will stay in my lane.

I will learn.

I will practice.

I will make mistakes.

I will improve.

I will keep moving forward.

If I have one opportunity, I'll appreciate it.

If I have no opportunity, I'll prepare for the next one.

If I fall, I'll get back up.

If life changes the direction of my journey, I'll adjust.

The goal is not to control everything.

The goal is to control what I can and keep making the next best move.

⛳ THE FIRST MONTHS

Months 1–3 — LEARN

I am a beginner.

And I'm okay with that.

I will learn the fundamentals of golf without worrying about looking perfect.

I'll learn:

  • How to hold the club
  • How to stand
  • How to swing
  • How to putt
  • How to chip
  • How to understand the course
  • How to keep score
  • Golf terminology
  • Golf etiquette
  • How to practice intelligently

I don't need expensive equipment to begin learning.

I don't need to impress anyone.

I need repetition.

My first victory is simply becoming comfortable with the game.

⛳ MONTHS 4–6 — BUILD

Now I start understanding my swing.

I begin learning what feels natural and what needs work.

I practice my short game.

I practice putting.

I learn how to control the ball.

I begin paying attention to my scores.

I don't get discouraged by bad shots.

A bad shot is information.

A bad round is information.

A great shot is information too.

Every swing teaches me something.

And I will keep learning.

⛳ MONTHS 7–12 — PLAY

Within my first year, I want to move from simply learning about golf to actually experiencing the game.

I want to get on courses.

I want to play.

I want to keep score.

I want to understand what pressure feels like.

I want to learn how my mind reacts after a bad hole.

I want to learn how I respond when I hit an amazing shot.

Because golf isn't only going to test my body.

It's going to test my mind.

And I've already learned that my mind can carry me through difficult places.

🏌️‍♂️ ONE YEAR FROM NOW

2027 — YEAR ONE

One year from now, I want to look back at the person who started and say:

"You actually did it. You started."

I don't need to be an amazing golfer.

I need to be a better golfer than I was when I began.

I want to know my equipment.

I want to understand my swing.

I want to have played enough rounds to understand the game.

I want to have a score I can chase.

And most importantly:

I want golf to officially become part of my life.

🦁 FIVE YEARS FROM NOW

2031 — YEAR FIVE

Five years changes a person.

By this point, I don't want to be thinking like a beginner anymore.

I want experience.

I want consistency.

I want to understand my strengths and weaknesses.

I want to know what happens when I'm under pressure.

I want to look at my old scores and see evidence of growth.

Maybe I'll have a handicap.

Maybe I'll have favorite courses.

Maybe I'll have people I met through golf.

Maybe I'll compete.

Maybe I'll surprise myself.

Maybe golf will take me somewhere I can't currently imagine.

That's the beauty of the vision.

I don't have to know.

I just have to keep walking toward it.

⛳ TEN YEARS FROM NOW

2036 — YEAR TEN

Ten years.

Think about that.

The person writing this today cannot possibly know everything the next decade will bring.

But one thing should remain:

I didn't quit on myself.

By Year Ten, I want to have a deep relationship with the game.

Not because golf became my entire identity.

Because golf became another way I learned about myself.

I want to have experienced different courses.

Different conditions.

Different opponents.

Different levels of pressure.

Different victories.

Different failures.

And I want every one of them to have taught me something.

At this point, I shouldn't just be asking:

"How good am I?"

I should also be asking:

"How much have I grown?"

🏆 TWENTY YEARS FROM NOW

2046 — THE VISION

Twenty years from today, I want to stand on a golf course and remember this exact moment.

I want to remember the person who had the thought.

The person who didn't have all the money.

The person who didn't know where the opportunity would come from.

The person who had already been through some of life's hardest lessons.

The person who was rebuilding.

The person who was still going to the gym.

Still getting stronger.

Still learning.

Still dreaming.

Still believing.

Still moving.

And I want to look at that person and say:

"Thank you for not giving up."

Maybe I'm an incredible golfer.

Maybe I'm a good golfer.

Maybe I'm still chasing the game.

Maybe I played courses I never imagined I'd see.

Maybe I competed.

Maybe I simply became someone who loves walking onto a course with a club in my hand.

Whatever happens...

I will have lived the journey.

🦁 THE ACCOUNTABILITY RULE

I will not measure this journey only by golf scores.

I will measure it by whether I kept my promises to myself.

Did I keep learning?

Did I keep practicing?

Did I keep taking care of my body?

Did I keep developing my mind?

Did I keep showing up?

Did I stay in my lane?

Did I keep moving forward?

Did I make the next best move?

If the answer is yes, then I'm winning.

WHEN LIFE HITS ME AGAIN

And it will.

Life doesn't promise me an easy 20 years.

There may be setbacks.

There may be financial problems.

There may be disappointments.

There may be changes in my body.

There may be people who don't understand the vision.

There may be days when I question everything.

When that happens, I will remember:

I don't need to solve the next 20 years today.

I only need to handle today.

One day.

One workout.

One lesson.

One swing.

One putt.

One step.

One decision.

One next move.

🏌️‍♂️ MY LANE

I don't need somebody else's golf journey.

I don't need somebody else's body.

I don't need somebody else's money.

I don't need somebody else's timeline.

I don't need somebody else's approval.

I have my own lane.

And I'm going to build inside it.

If somebody is ahead of me, I'll respect their journey.

If somebody is behind me, I'll respect their journey.

But I will stay focused on mine.

Because my life isn't a race against everybody else.

It's a commitment to become more of myself.

🦁 20 YEARS OF MAKING THE NEXT BEST MOVE

Golf will teach me something I already learned through life:

You can't always control where the ball lands.

But you can control what you do next.

You can assess the situation.

Take a breath.

Look at the course.

Choose your club.

Trust your preparation.

Take the swing.

And then accept the result.

That's life.

That's business.

That's fitness.

That's competition.

That's growth.

That's my journey.

⛳ THE DAY I LOOK BACK

Twenty years from now, I don't want to look backward and wonder what would have happened if I had started.

I want to know.

I want the memories.

I want the lessons.

I want the bad rounds.

I want the great shots.

I want the frustrating days.

I want the breakthroughs.

I want the people I meet.

I want the places I see.

I want the person I become.

Because I started with nothing more than a thought and a feeling.

And I followed it.

🦁 MY 20-YEAR STATEMENT

I am not promising that everything will go according to plan.

I am promising that I will continue to make the next best move.

I will train my body.

I will strengthen my mind.

I will learn golf.

I will accept the beginning.

I will respect the process.

I will stay patient.

I will stay disciplined.

I will stay in my lane.

I will overcome what I can.

I will adapt to what I cannot control.

I will never let one bad shot define the entire round.

And I will never let one bad chapter define my entire life.

2026 → 2046

Twenty years.

One journey.

One body.

One mind.

One soul.

One life.

One next best move.

TRAIN HARD. BUILD STRONG. LIVE UNSTOPPABLE.

STAY IN YOUR LANE.

KEEP MOVING FORWARD.

1Luv. 🦁⛳️

FITNESS IS THERAPY 4EVER!! ●●□■》Self-Love

MOVE THE ENERGY, BUILD THE PERSON
There are days when life gets heavy.
Maybe you're frustrated. Maybe you're angry. Maybe you received bad news. Maybe you're overwhelmed by work, relationships, money, school, competition or simply everything happening around you.
Sometimes you don't even know exactly what you're feeling.
You just know you have energy inside you that needs somewhere to go.
That's where movement can become powerful.
FITNESS IS MORE THAN BUILDING MUSCLE
When people hear the word fitness, they often think about muscles, weight loss, six-packs, bigger arms, stronger legs or looking good in a mirror.
Those things can absolutely be part of the journey.
But fitness can also give you something that can't always be measured on a scale:
A place to put your energy.
You walk.
You stretch.
You lift.
You run.
You box.
You swim.
You ride a bike.
You play basketball.
You dance.
You move your body in whatever way works for you.
And for a moment, your attention shifts away from everything happening around you and toward what is happening inside you right now.
Your breathing.
Your heartbeat.
Your muscles working.
Your feet touching the ground.
Your body moving through space.
You begin to feel yourself again.
COME BACK TO THE PRESENT
One of the beautiful things about exercise is that it can bring you into the now.
When you're focused on completing a movement, maintaining your form, walking another block, finishing another repetition or simply breathing through a difficult moment, your attention has somewhere to go.
You're not living in yesterday.
You're not trying to solve next year.
You're experiencing this moment.
And sometimes that's exactly what you need.
You don't have to solve your entire life during one workout.
You just need to take the next step.
Then another.
Then another.
TURN NEGATIVE ENERGY INTO FORWARD MOTION
Let's be clear:
Exercise isn't a replacement for professional mental-health care when someone needs it.
But movement can be a powerful part of taking care of yourself.
Instead of allowing frustration to sit inside you all day, you can give your body something constructive to do.
That anger can become another walk.
That frustration can become another set.
That anxiety can become controlled breathing and stretching.
That disappointment can become time spent rebuilding.
That difficult day can become the day you decided:
"I'm still going to take care of myself."
You aren't pretending the problem doesn't exist.
You're choosing not to let the problem consume your entire day.
YOU START FEELING YOUR BODY FROM THE INSIDE
This is where fitness becomes deeper.
At first, you might only notice what you see in the mirror.
But eventually, you begin noticing what you feel.
You feel your legs getting stronger.
You feel your balance improving.
You notice that walking feels easier.
You notice that you can perform a movement you couldn't perform before.
You notice your breathing.
You notice your posture.
You notice your endurance.
You notice your muscles responding.
You notice yourself becoming more capable.
And suddenly, fitness isn't just about appearance anymore.
You're developing a relationship with your own body.
You're learning to listen.
You're learning when to push.
You're learning when to slow down.
You're learning when your body needs recovery.
You're learning that progress isn't always loud.
Sometimes progress is simply realizing:
"That used to be difficult for me."
MUSCLE IS ONLY ONE FORM OF GROWTH
Yes, training can help you build muscle and strength.
But don't overlook the other things you're building.
You're building:
Discipline.
Patience.
Confidence.
Consistency.
Body awareness.
Resilience.
Self-respect.
Mental toughness.
And perhaps most importantly:
Trust in yourself.
Every time you tell yourself you're going to do something and you follow through, you're teaching yourself:
"I can count on me."
That is powerful.
YOUR JOURNEY DOESN'T HAVE TO LOOK LIKE ANYBODY ELSE'S
Don't walk into a gym and immediately compare yourself to the strongest person there.
Don't compare your body to somebody who's been training for 20 years.
Don't compare your beginning to somebody else's chapter 20.
And don't look at an athlete, bodybuilder, celebrity or influencer and decide that their body is the standard you must become.
Learn from people.
Get inspired.
Study.
Improve.
But remember:
Your body has its own history.
Your life has its own history.
Your circumstances are different.
Your starting point is different.
Your responsibilities are different.
Your journey is yours.
The goal isn't necessarily to become somebody else.
The goal is to become a better version of yourself.
SOME DAYS, YOUR BEST WILL LOOK DIFFERENT
This matters.
Your best workout isn't always going to be your hardest workout.
There will be days when you feel incredible.
There will also be days when you feel tired, distracted, frustrated or simply not at your best.
That doesn't automatically mean you failed.
Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is reduce the intensity, walk, stretch, recover or rest.
Consistency doesn't mean ignoring your body.
Consistency means continuing to care for yourself over time.
There is a difference between discipline and punishment.
You don't need to destroy your body to prove that you're committed.
You need to build a relationship with your body that can last.
TAKE ANOTHER STEP
Maybe today you can only walk for 10 minutes.
Walk for 10 minutes.
Maybe today you're ready for a full workout.
Train.
Maybe today your body needs recovery.
Recover.
Maybe you need to stretch.
Stretch.
Maybe you need to get outside and breathe fresh air.
Go outside.
Whatever your appropriate starting point is, start there.
Then tomorrow, evaluate again.
That's how real change happens.
Not always through one massive transformation.
But through thousands of small decisions.
FITNESS CAN BECOME YOUR DAILY RESET
Imagine starting your day with movement.
Not because you hate your body.
Because you respect it.
Imagine finishing work and taking a walk instead of carrying the entire day's frustration into the evening.
Imagine putting your headphones on, breathing deeply and giving yourself 30 minutes where the outside world doesn't get to dictate every thought.
Imagine finishing your workout and realizing:
"Whatever happens next, I already did something good for myself today."
That's a different feeling.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AN ATHLETE
This message isn't only for athletes.
It's for the student.
The parent.
The entrepreneur.
The teacher.
The mechanic.
The artist.
The office worker.
The retiree.
The person starting over.
The person who has never stepped into a gym.
The person who loves running.
The person who hates running.
The person recovering from a setback.
The person who simply wants to feel better in their own body.
Movement belongs to everybody.
Your version of fitness may look completely different from somebody else's.
That's okay.
Find movement that you can safely and consistently make part of your life.
LOOK FOR THE LITTLE WINS
Don't wait for the dramatic transformation to celebrate yourself.
Celebrate the small things.
One more walk.
One better meal.
One more stretch.
One workout completed.
One extra repetition.
One better night of sleep.
One day without quitting on yourself.
Those little wins accumulate.
Then one day you look in the mirror and realize:
"I'm not where I started."
That's the moment.
Not because you're perfect.
Because you're progressing.
FITNESS CAN TEACH YOU HOW TO LIVE
Training teaches you something that applies far beyond the gym:
You don't always get the result immediately.
You have to repeat the process.
You have to adjust.
You have to recover.
You have to learn.
You have to stay patient.
You have to keep showing up.
And eventually, the work begins to reveal itself.
The body changes.
The mind changes.
The confidence changes.
The way you see yourself changes.
And sometimes, the biggest transformation isn't what other people see.
It's what you feel when you're alone with yourself.
ONE DAY AT A TIME
You don't need to transform your entire life today.
Take care of today.
Move today.
Breathe today.
Eat with intention today.
Rest when you need to rest.
Train when you're ready to train.
Take another step.
Then tomorrow, do it again.
Because fitness isn't only about creating a body that looks different.
It's about creating a life where you feel more present, more capable and more connected to yourself.
Move the energy.
Build the body.
Strengthen the mind.
Respect the process.
Accept where you are.
Keep growing.
And when life gets loud, come back to the simplest thing you can control:
Take a breath.
Move your body.
Take another step.
You are still here.
Keep building.
One Day At A Time. 🦁

Daily Blog Post

EVERYDAY IS GAMEDAY
Pause. Take a deep breath.
You woke up.
That means you have another day.
Another opportunity to give life your energy. Another opportunity to learn. Another opportunity to improve. Another opportunity to love yourself, take care of yourself and move one step closer to the person you're becoming.
Maybe you're sick.
Maybe you received bad news.
Maybe you lost today.
Maybe your business isn't where you want it to be.
Maybe you're an athlete fighting through an injury.
Maybe you're a young person trying to figure out who you are.
Maybe you're an entrepreneur building something while nobody is watching.
Maybe you're simply trying to get through another day.
Pause.
Take a deep breath.
You're still here.
Now ask yourself:
WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH TODAY?
LIFE IS A GAME.
And every day is another opportunity to play.
You don't get to control every play.
You don't control every referee.
You don't control who supports you.
You don't control who doubts you.
You don't control every injury, setback, loss, rejection or unexpected situation.
But you do have a responsibility to yourself.
You have to find a way to keep moving.
Sometimes "winning" today means achieving something huge.
Sometimes winning means getting out of bed.
Sometimes winning means going to work.
Sometimes winning means training.
Sometimes winning means taking a walk.
Sometimes winning means eating better.
Sometimes winning means putting the phone down and getting some rest.
Sometimes winning means accepting that today didn't go your way—and learning from it.
And sometimes your biggest victory is simply saying:
"I didn't quit on myself today."
DON'T LOSE YOURSELF COMPARING YOURSELF TO GREATNESS.
Michael Jordan is Michael Jordan.
LeBron James is LeBron James.
Every great athlete, entrepreneur, artist, creator and leader has their own journey.
Study greatness.
Learn from greatness.
Be inspired by greatness.
But don't become so focused on somebody else's life that you forget to look at the person standing in your own mirror.
YOU ARE YOUR OWN PROJECT.
Your body.
Your mind.
Your discipline.
Your character.
Your business.
Your relationships.
Your dreams.
Your future.
You don't have to become Michael Jordan.
You don't have to become LeBron James.
You don't have to become somebody you see on social media.
Become the strongest version of YOU.
5:00 AM ISN'T MAGIC.
Getting up early doesn't automatically make somebody successful.
But there is something powerful about creating time for yourself before the world gets loud.
If your job starts at 8:00 AM...
If your training starts at 8:00 AM...
If your responsibilities begin at 8:00 AM...
Getting up around 5:00 AM can give you a few quiet hours to prepare yourself.
No crowd.
Less noise.
Less distraction.
Less outside energy.
Just you.
You can:
Wake up.
Take a deep breath.
Brush your teeth.
Drink some water.
Clean your space.
Stretch.
Think.
Write.
Plan.
Pray or reflect.
Prepare your body.
Prepare your mind.
Then step into the day already knowing:
I'M READY.
And if 5:00 AM isn't your schedule, that's okay.
The principle isn't the clock.
The principle is creating time for yourself.
YOU HAVE TO BECOME #1 IN YOUR OWN LIFE.
That doesn't mean you don't love other people.
It doesn't mean you don't help people.
It doesn't mean you're selfish.
It means you understand that you have a responsibility to take care of the person you're carrying through this life.
Take care of your body.
Take care of your mind.
Take care of your environment.
Take care of your energy.
Take care of your goals.
Take care of your future.
Because if you constantly destroy yourself trying to take care of everyone else, eventually you won't have much left to give.
SELF-LOVE IS NOT WEAKNESS.
It's maintenance.
It's discipline.
It's responsibility.
It's saying:
"I matter too."
ATHLETES — THIS IS FOR YOU.
You might lose.
You might get injured.
You might get cut from a team.
You might sit on the bench.
You might have a bad game.
You might work harder than somebody else and still lose.
That's sports.
But one loss doesn't define your entire career.
STUDY THE GAME.
What happened?
What could you have done differently?
What did you learn?
What needs improvement?
Then go back to work.
Because tomorrow gives you another opportunity.
YOUNG PEOPLE — DON'T RUSH YOUR LIFE.
You don't have to have everything figured out at 18.
You don't have to have everything figured out at 25.
You don't have to have everything figured out at 30.
Life is development.
You're going to change.
Your interests will change.
Your body will change.
Your relationships will change.
Your goals may change.
You will lose.
You will win.
You will make mistakes.
You will learn.
Don't hate yourself for being a work in progress.
You are supposed to be developing.
ENTREPRENEURS — KEEP BUILDING.
Some days nobody will visit your website.
Nobody will buy your product.
Nobody will like your post.
Nobody will understand what you're building.
Build anyway.
Learn anyway.
Improve anyway.
Post anyway.
Create anyway.
Your job isn't to control when everybody discovers you.
Your job is to make sure that when they do arrive, there's something worth discovering.
AND FOR EVERYONE...
There will be days when you don't feel powerful.
There will be days when you question yourself.
There will be days when the scoreboard doesn't look good.
That's okay.
You don't have to pretend everything is perfect.
Accept today.
Learn from today.
Take care of yourself today.
Then look forward to tomorrow.
ONE DAY, THE GAME ENDS.
That's the part of life nobody gets to negotiate.
Every day, people take their final breath.
Somebody did today.
We didn't.
That alone should make us pause.
Take a breath.
Look around.
Appreciate the opportunity to still be here.
You don't know how many days you have.
So don't waste today's day worrying about every day that hasn't happened yet.
LIVE TODAY.
Build today.
Love today.
Learn today.
Train today.
Create today.
Rest today.
Appreciate today.
And when tomorrow arrives...
GIVE IT YOUR ALL AGAIN.
EVERYDAY IS GAMEDAY.
You don't have to win every game.
You don't have to be the strongest person in the room.
You don't have to be the richest.
You don't have to be the fastest.
You don't have to be the most popular.
You don't have to have thousands of people behind you.
You just have to keep developing the person you see in the mirror.
ACCEPT YOURSELF.
LOVE YOURSELF.
IMPROVE YOURSELF.
HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE.
KEEP MOVING.
KEEP BUILDING.
KEEP LEARNING.
KEEP LIVING.
Because tomorrow isn't promised.
But today is here.
And today...
WE PLAY.

Practice gratitude.

Practice patience.

Practice discipline.

Practice kindness.

Practice showing up when you don't feel like it.

These are mental repetitions just as important as physical ones.

The Power of Small Victories

Some days your victory is finishing a workout.

Some days it's making it to work on time.

Some days it's choosing water instead of another sugary drink.

Some days it's getting out of bed when life feels heavy.

Your Mind Is Your Greatest Teammate

Your body will become tired.

Your circumstances will change.

People will come and go.

But your mindset travels with you everywhere.

Protect it.

Challenge it.

Strengthen it.

Feed it with learning, purpose, and discipline.

A Message to Your Future Self

If you're reading this ten years from today, I hope you smile.

Not because life became easy.

But because you didn't quit.

You accepted your circumstances without allowing them to define your future.

You learned.

You adapted.

You kept moving.

One decision.

One lesson.

One day at a time.

That is how ordinary people accomplish extraordinary things.

🦁 Coach Leo's Daily Mentality Checklist

🦁 20 Daily Mantras
Read Today. Live Today. Come Back 20 Years From Now.
These are designed to work today, tomorrow, 10 years from now, and 20 years from now. They're not about instant gratification. They're about building a life through consistent decisions.

1. Thank You For Today
I woke up today, and that is a blessing. I will not waste this day waiting for tomorrow. I will appreciate today and give it everything I have.

2. My Lane Is My Lane
I don't need someone else's life. I respect their journey while building mine. My lane may be different, but it is still worth traveling.

3. Give It Your All
When I enter the gym, workplace, classroom, or any arena, I will give honest effort. I don't need to be better than everyone today. I need to be better than yesterday's version of me.

4. No Instant Gratification
I will not demand overnight results from a life that may take years to build. If I want something meaningful, I will give it months, years, and the discipline required to earn it.

5. I Appreciate My People
I will appreciate the people I love while they're here. A conversation, meal, hug, laugh, or simple moment can become a memory I wish I could experience again.

6. Negative Energy Doesn't Own Me
I may encounter jealousy, criticism, disrespect, or negativity. I don't have to carry it. I can acknowledge it, move around it, protect my energy, and continue forward.

7. My Vision Has Time
I don't need to accomplish everything today. I need to keep moving toward the person I want to become. Ten years from now, I want to thank myself for what I started today.

8. I Will Train With Purpose
When I train, I won't simply move weights or complete exercises. I will learn my body, improve my technique, respect recovery, and appreciate what my body allows me to do.

9. Small Wins Count
A workout counts. A healthy meal counts. Reading counts. Resting counts. Learning counts. Showing up counts. Small victories become a life when repeated.

10.. I Can Start Again
Yesterday may not have gone the way I wanted. That's okay. I don't have to carry yesterday into today. I can reset, refocus, and begin again.

11. I Will Protect My Future
Today's decisions are conversations with my future self. I will make choices that give that person something to be thankful for.

12. I Don't Need Everyone
I can love people without giving everyone access to me. My circle matters. My energy matters. My vision matters. I will choose relationships that help me grow.

13. I Will Respect the Process
I won't become frustrated because someone else reached their destination before me. Their chapter isn't mine. I will keep writing my own.

14. My Body Deserves Respect
I will appreciate my body today—not only after it changes. I will care for it, move it, nourish it, rest it, and listen when it needs attention.

15. I Will Keep Learning
I don't know everything, and I don't need to. Every day gives me another opportunity to learn something that could improve my future.

16. I Will Pause
When life becomes loud, I will pause. Breathe. Look around. Accept where I am. Then decide what deserves my attention.

17. I Will Not Let One Moment Become My Life
A mistake is a moment. A failure is a lesson. A setback is a chapter. I will not turn one difficult moment into an identity.

18. I Will Build Before I Expect
I will stop asking, "Why don't I have it yet?" and start asking, "What can I build today?" My future requires construction, not wishing.

19. Twenty Years From Now
I hope the person reading this 20 years from today can say:
"Thank you, younger me, for not giving up."
Thank you for training.
Thank you for learning.
Thank you for appreciating people.
Thank you for protecting your health.
Thank you for staying in your lane.
Thank you for continuing when nobody was watching.

20. Today Is Enough
I don't have to solve my entire life today.
I just have to live today with purpose.
Give today your effort.
Give today your gratitude.
Give today your love.

.《《《🦁 GAME DAY EVERY DAY IN YOUR LANE》》》

Stay In Your Lane | Stay Locked In | Win Today
Every athlete dreams about game day.
The lights.
The crowd.
The uniform.
The butterflies.
The excitement.
The opportunity to compete.
But here's something every champion eventually learns:
Game day isn't just Saturday.
Game day is every day.
The choices you make today determine the opportunities you'll have tomorrow.
Whether you're reading this at 10 years old, 18 years old, 30 years old, or 60 years old, this message is for you. Whether you play football, basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, boxing, track and field, lacrosse, hockey, NASCAR, golf, or another sport, the principles of preparation never change.
Today is your game day.
Not yesterday.
Not tomorrow.
Today.
You cannot control the weather.
You cannot control what people say about you.
You cannot control whether someone believes in your dream.
You cannot control who starts ahead of you.
But you can control your attitude.
Your effort.
Your preparation.
Your discipline.
Your character.
Stay in your lane.
Don't waste your energy comparing your journey to someone else's. There will always be someone faster, stronger, richer, more experienced, or more talented. There will also always be someone looking up to you because you kept going when life became difficult.
Run your race.
Play your position.
Trust your preparation.
Some mornings you'll wake up full of energy.
Other mornings you'll feel tired.
Some days life will test you with disappointment, injury, illness, failure, or loss.
Don't let one difficult day convince you to quit on a lifetime of possibilities.
Champions aren't remembered because everything went their way.
They're remembered because they kept moving forward when things didn't.
Every practice matters.
Every workout matters.
Every healthy meal matters.
Every class matters.
Every conversation matters.
Every decision matters.
One decision doesn't make you.
Thousands of decisions do.
When you step onto the field, the court, the track, the mat, the ring, or into the classroom, bring your best effort—not because someone is watching, but because you're building a standard for yourself.
Respect your coaches.
Respect your teammates.
Respect your opponents.
Respect officials.
Respect your family.
Most importantly, respect the person you see in the mirror.
Because that person has to live with today's decisions tomorrow.
There will be days when nobody claps for you.
Keep working.
There will be days when nobody notices your improvement.
Keep working.
There will be days when you question yourself.
Keep working.
One day, people will call your success "overnight."
They won't see the early mornings.
The late nights.
The setbacks.
The sacrifices.
The quiet victories.
You'll know.
And that's enough.

🦁 Coach Leo's Game Day Checklist
Before you leave home today, ask yourself:
✅ Did I prepare?
✅ Did I fuel my body?
✅ Did I get enough rest?
✅ Am I bringing a positive attitude?
✅ Will I encourage a teammate today?
✅ Will I compete with integrity?
✅ Will I give my best effort?
✅ Will I learn from every mistake?
✅ Will I stay in my lane?
✅ Will I leave today better than I started?

If the answer is yes, then you're already winning.
Remember this:
The scoreboard tells people who won the game.
Your daily habits tell the world who you're becoming.
"Did I give my all today?"
If the answer is yes, be proud.
Wake up tomorrow.
And do it again.
Because the greatest competitors don't wait for game day.
They make every day Game Day.

🦁 THE PERFORMANCE LIFESTYLE

Beyond the Game. Beyond the Score. Build a Life That Lasts.

Welcome to The Performance Lifestyle.

This isn't a nutrition page.

This isn't a fitness page.

This isn't only for athletes.

This is for every person who wants to improve the quality of their life.

Whether you're reading this at 15, 25, 40, 60, or 80 years old, one thing connects all of us...

We only get one body.

One mind.

One life.

The scoreboard will eventually turn off.

The stadium lights will eventually go dark.

One day, every athlete plays their final game.

One day, every entrepreneur closes their laptop.

One day, every employee clocks out for the last time.

The question isn't whether life ends.

The question is...

What kind of life did you build while you were here?

🏆 If LeBron James Read This Today...

LeBron James is one of the greatest basketball players in history.

People often see the championships.

The records.

The trophies.

What many don't see is the daily work.

The recovery.

The discipline.

The sleep.

The nutrition.

The stretching.

The decisions made when nobody is watching.

Greatness isn't built during the game.

Greatness is built before the game ever begins.

The same principle applies whether you're trying to play professional sports, raise a family, build a business, or simply become healthier.

Your daily habits become your future.

🌎 Every Person Is an Athlete in Life

You may never play in the NBA.

You may never compete in the Olympics.

But every day requires performance.

Showing up to work.

Being present for your family.

Managing your health.

Learning new skills.

Recovering from setbacks.

Serving your community.

Life asks all of us to perform.

Prepare for life the same way an athlete prepares for competition.

🔄 When Sports End...

This is one of the most important conversations we can have.

Many athletes spend years identifying themselves by one sport.

"I am a football player."

"I am a wrestler."

"I am a basketball player."

Then one day...

The season ends.

Graduation happens.

An injury changes everything.

Retirement arrives.

Now who are you?

You're still a leader.

You're still disciplined.

You're still capable of learning.

The qualities that helped you compete can help you build businesses, mentor others, coach youth, become a teacher, learn technology, create art, serve your community, or start a new career.

The game may end.

Your purpose doesn't have to.

💪 Performance Is More Than Muscles

Real performance includes:

Physical health.

Mental health.

Emotional maturity.

Character.

Integrity.

Financial responsibility.

Relationships.

Purpose.

Train all of them.

🍎 Fuel Your Future

Food isn't only about today.

It's about tomorrow.

The energy to work.

The strength to train.

The focus to study.

The recovery to heal.

The ability to enjoy life with the people you love.

Eat to support the life you're building.

💤 Recovery Is Training

Rest isn't laziness.

Sleep isn't weakness.

Recovery prepares you to perform again.

Your body grows stronger when you allow it to recover.

So does your mind.

🧠 Protect Your Mind

Your thoughts influence your actions.

Read books.

Learn new skills.

Surround yourself with people who challenge you to grow.

Limit the voices that constantly pull you toward negativity.

A strong mind creates a strong foundation.

❤️ Health Is Freedom

Health isn't about looking perfect.

Health creates options.

Walking without pain.

Playing with your children.

Traveling.

Working.

Laughing.

Living independently.

That's worth protecting.

📅 Your Daily Performance Checklist

Every morning ask yourself:

☐ Did I sleep enough?

☐ Did I drink water?

☐ Did I move my body?

☐ Did I feed my mind?

☐ Did I encourage someone?

☐ Did I make one healthy decision?

☐ Did I take one step toward my future?

Win these small battles consistently.

📆 Think in Decades, Not Days

Most people overestimate what they can accomplish in one week.

They underestimate what consistent effort can accomplish in ten years.

Don't rush your future.

Build it.

One workout.

One healthy meal.

One book.

One conversation.

One lesson.

One day at a time.

🌟 Coach Leo's Performance Promise

No matter where I am today...

I will respect my body.

I will strengthen my mind.

I will protect my soul.

I will accept my circumstances without allowing them to define my future.

I will celebrate progress over perfection.

I will remember that championships are built through ordinary days lived with extraordinary discipline.

I won't chase instant gratification.

I'll chase lasting growth.

I'll keep building the person I see in the mirror.

One decision.

One habit.

One season.

One year.

One decade.

🦁 Welcome to The Performance Lifestyle

This isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about becoming the strongest version of yourself.

Not only for today...

But for the next 10 years.

For your family.

For your teammates.

For your community.

For the person you'll become when the games are over.

Because the greatest victory isn't lifting a trophy.

It's building a life you're proud to live long after the final whistle.

"I don't chase what's meant to complete me. I build the life I'm proud to live, and I welcome what grows alongside it."

Your “why” isn’t something you randomly discover like a hidden object.

It’s something you build from what life keeps proving to you over time.
And it usually shows up in three places:

What you’ve survived
What you refuse to go back to
What you keep choosing even when it’s hard
Why do we need a “why”?
Because without it, discipline becomes fragile.
When motivation drops (and it always does), your “why” is what answers:
Why am I getting up today?
Why am I training when I’m tired?

Why am I not quitting when things get uncomfortable?
Why am I still building when nobody is clapping?
A strong “why” doesn’t make life easy..

It makes you hard to stop.
How a person actually finds their “why”
Most people think it comes from inspiration. It doesn’t.
It comes from reflection in 3 layers:

1. Pain (What shaped you)
Ask:
What did I go through that changed me?
What do I never want to feel again?
What did I survive that others quit from?
This is where your discipline is born.

2. Responsibility (Who/what you carry)
Ask:
Who am I doing this for beyond myself?
What kind of example do I want to be?
What legacy do I refuse to waste?
This is where purpose gets real.

3. Vision (Who you are becoming)
Ask:
Who am I becoming if I stay consistent for 5–10 years?
What version of me do I respect?
What life am I building, not escaping into?
This is where direction is locked in.

🦁 THE GAME WITHIN THE GAME
Your Game Day Mindset | Win Today. One Play At A Time.
Every athlete has a game.
Every entrepreneur has a business to build.
Every student has classes to attend.
Every parent has a family to care for.
Every person has challenges they must face.
That's why Game Day isn't only about sports.
Game Day is today.
When you wake up, life has already kicked off.
The question isn't whether you'll face pressure.
The question is:
How will you respond?
This guide is for football players, basketball players, baseball players, wrestlers, runners, swimmers, soccer players, hockey players, volleyball players, boxers, golfers, martial artists, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to compete with purpose.
No matter what arena you're in...
The principles remain the same.
🏁 Before the Game Begins
Before you step onto the field, the court, the track, the mat, the ice, or into the workplace...
Pause.
Take one deep breath.
Remind yourself:
"I've prepared for this."
"I don't have to be perfect."
"I only need to give my best effort."
Don't spend your energy worrying about what the crowd thinks.
Don't waste your focus on your opponent's reputation.
Your greatest competition is becoming a better version of yourself.
🎯 Pregame Vision
Ask yourself these questions:
✔️ How can I help my team today?
✔️ How can I stay positive under pressure?
✔️ If my number isn't called right away, will I still encourage my teammates?
✔️ Will I celebrate others when they succeed?
✔️ Will I stay ready even if my opportunity comes late?
Championship teams are built by people who stay prepared, not just people who stay noticed.
🥇 First Quarter Mindset
Start Strong
The first quarter isn't about winning the entire game.
It's about establishing your attitude.
Play with energy.
Communicate.
Listen.
Learn.
Don't try to do everything by yourself.
Trust your preparation.
Trust your teammates.
Trust the process.
Life works the same way.
Don't try to accomplish ten years of success in one month.
Build momentum.
🔥 Second Quarter Mindset
Stay Disciplined
This is where many people lose focus.
The excitement fades.
Fatigue begins.
Distractions appear.
This is when discipline becomes more valuable than motivation.
Keep doing the little things.
Run hard.
Communicate.
Stay locked in.
If you're on the bench...
Stay engaged.
Cheer for your teammates.
Watch the game.
Learn something.
Your opportunity can arrive without warning.
💪 Third Quarter Mindset
Respond to Adversity
This quarter often decides character.
Maybe you made a mistake.
Maybe you dropped the pass.
Maybe you struck out.
Maybe you threw an interception.
Maybe you missed the free throw.
Maybe you shot an airball.
Maybe your business lost a client.
Maybe your interview didn't go well.
Accept it.
Don't let one mistake become the rest of your day.
The best competitors recover faster—not because they never fail, but because they refuse to stay stuck.
Every great athlete has made mistakes.
The difference is they kept playing.
🏆 Fourth Quarter Mindset
Finish With Pride
When you're tired...
Compete.
When you're uncomfortable...
Compete.
When nobody notices...
Compete.
Finish what you started.
Whether you win or lose, leave knowing you gave everything you had.
Effort is something no one can take from you.
🧠 Your Teammates Matter
Not everyone scores.
Not everyone gets interviewed.
Not everyone starts.
But everyone contributes.
Maybe your job is setting a screen.
Blocking.
Playing defense.
Encouraging someone.
Helping a teammate stay positive.
Leadership isn't always loud.
Sometimes leadership is doing your job with excellence when no one is watching.
💥 If You Mess Up...
You asked for the ball.
You got it.
You fumbled.
Or...
You finally took the shot.
And it was an airball.
Now what?
Take a breath.
Don't hide.
Don't blame others.
Don't stop believing in yourself.
The next opportunity may come five seconds later.
Stay ready.
Confidence isn't believing you'll never fail.
Confidence is believing you'll respond when you do.
🌍 The Entrepreneur's Game Day
Business has quarters too.
Some months are incredible.
Some months are difficult.
Some ideas succeed.
Some fail.
The people who build lasting businesses don't quit after one bad quarter.
They study.
Adjust.
Improve.
And keep showing up.
📚 The Student's Game Day
Every class is practice.
Every assignment is preparation.
Every test is an opportunity to learn.
Success in school isn't about knowing everything.
It's about showing up consistently and continuing to improve.
❤️ Respect Every Role
Every championship team needs:
Leaders.
Role players.
Teachers.
Encouragers.
Listeners.
Workers.
Don't chase someone else's position.
Master your own.
Your role matters.
🦁 Coach Leo's Game Day Checklist
Before the game...
☐ I prepared.
☐ I respected my teammates.
☐ I respected my coaches.
☐ I controlled my attitude.
☐ I stayed humble.
During the game...
☐ I communicated.
☐ I encouraged others.
☐ I stayed focused after mistakes.
☐ I competed with integrity.
☐ I gave maximum effort.
After the game...
☐ I accepted the result.
☐ I learned something.
☐ I thanked my teammates.
☐ I thanked my coaches.
☐ I prepared to improve tomorrow.
🌟 Remember...
A champion isn't someone who never fails.
A champion is someone who gets back up one more time than they fall.
Some days you'll make the game-winning play.
Some days you'll miss the shot.
Some days you'll sit on the bench.
Some days you'll lead the team.
Every role has value.
Every season teaches something.
Every setback carries a lesson if you're willing to learn it.
So when life hands you the ball again...
Catch it.
Trust yourself.
Play with courage.
And if you miss...
Smile.
Learn.
Stay ready.
Because your next opportunity may already be on its way.

MY WHY

My name is Leopold Ashley III, and this is

LeoThaLyonVerse.

My "WHY" was never created in comfort—it was forged through adversity, discipline, setbacks, faith, and the decision to keep moving forward when life gave me every reason to stop. Every challenge I've faced has become another reason to grow stronger instead of becoming bitter. My journey isn't about proving people wrong; it's about proving to myself that no obstacle has the final say over my life. Every workout, every step, every lesson, every creation, and every day I wake up is another opportunity to become a better man than I was yesterday. I don't chase perfection—I chase progress. My mission is to become living proof that resilience, discipline, and consistency can transform a person's life.

MuseLaa Fitness represents more than exercise. It represents the daily commitment to becoming stronger physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. MuseLaa DEGU means Don't Ever Give Up, because quitting has never been part of my story. SportsLaaFitness represents the athlete within all of us, whether we're stepping into a gym, a boxing ring, on a field, at work, in business, or simply fighting to become a better version of ourselves. These are not just brands—they are reminders that greatness is built through thousands of small decisions repeated over years. Every workout is an investment. Every challenge is a teacher. Every setback is another opportunity to rise with greater wisdom and purpose.

This journey is bigger than me. I want every person who enters LeoThaLyonVerse to feel seen, encouraged, and inspired to build their own path. Whether you're an athlete, a parent, a student, a veteran, an entrepreneur, someone rebuilding after loss, or simply searching for direction, you belong here. Comparison steals joy, but discipline creates freedom. Your lane is your power. Your pace is your strength. Your story matters because no one else can live it for you. My purpose is not to tell people how to live—I want to remind them that they already possess the ability to grow, heal, learn, adapt, and become more than yesterday.

Freedom. Fitness. Purpose.

ONE DAY AT A TIME IN YOUR LANE

Those words are more than a slogan. They are a lifelong commitment.

I choose freedom by taking responsibility for my life.

I choose fitness because a healthy body strengthens the mind.

I choose purpose because every day is an opportunity to serve, create, and leave a positive impact.

I train my ●Mind to think with wisdom, patience, and confidence.

I strengthen my ●Body because movement is a gift that should never be taken for granted.

I protect my ●Soul by living with integrity, gratitude, humility, and faith.

I will continue building, learning, creating, training, and growing—not for a season, but for the rest of my life. My legacy will not be measured by the obstacles I faced, but by the lives I encouraged to keep going.

This is my WHY.

This is LeoThaLyonVerse.

This is MuseLaa Fitness.

This is MuseLaa DEGU.

🦁 SUPPORT THE DREAM

LeoThaLyonVerse Daily Flow:

The Lion's Path

Every morning I wake up with a choice.

I can focus on what I lost, or I can focus on what I still have.

Today, I choose to focus on what remains.

I still have breath in my lungs.

I still have a mind that thinks.

I still have a body that moves.

I still have a vision for my future.

I still have the will to fight.

That is enough for me to begin.

There was a time when I had other domain names, other projects, and other plans. Some of those things are gone. I cannot change yesterday, and I will not waste today's energy wishing I could. Those experiences helped shape me into the man I am becoming.

Today I have LeoThaLyonVerse.

Today I have another opportunity to build.

Today I have another opportunity to improve.

The Lion does not spend his day mourning yesterday's hunt.

The Lion prepares for today's hunt.

I understand where I am in life.

I am working toward correcting my vision.

I am working toward obtaining my Minnesota driver's license.

I am working toward creating income through honest work.

I am working toward becoming stronger physically and mentally.

I am working toward building a business that can support my life and help others.

Every one of these goals requires patience.

Every one of these goals requires discipline.

Every one of these goals requires consistency.

I do not need everything today.

I need progress today.

My eye appointment is not just an appointment.

It is a step toward seeing clearly.

My driver's license is not just a card.

It is a step toward freedom and opportunity.

Driving Uber is not just about earning money.

It is about creating independence.

It is about using my time, energy, and effort to build a better future.

I do not look down on honest work.

There is honor in serving people.

There is honor in showing up.

There is honor in creating value.

As I drive, I can remember that every mile is helping me move closer to my goals.

Every dollar earned can help fund my future.

Every day worked can help create more options for tomorrow.

At the gym, I continue building my body.

Not because I am chasing perfection.

Not because I am competing with anyone else.

I train because movement is life.

I train because strength matters.

I train because discipline creates confidence.

I train because I enjoy becoming stronger.

Every rep teaches me something.

Every workout reminds me that growth happens through resistance.

The weight does not care about excuses.

The weight responds to effort.

Life works the same way.

When I sit down to work on LeoThaLyonVerse, I remember that I am building more than a website.

I am building a story.

I am building a platform.

I am building a future.

I am building something that reflects my journey.

One page.

One post.

One idea.

One improvement at a time.

I do not need thousands of people today.

I need to keep showing up today.

The people who need my message will find it through consistency.

I am not chasing money for the sake of money.

Money is a tool.

Money can help me pay for my own room.

Money can help me buy my own clothes.

Money can help me enjoy a quality meal.

Money can help me support my mother.

Money can help me invest in my future.

Money can help me create opportunities.

I respect money, but I do not worship it.

I respect the work required to earn it.

One day I may drive a Tesla.

Maybe it will be white.

Maybe it will be blue.

Maybe it will be black.

That vehicle is not the goal.

The goal is becoming the man who earned it.

The goal is creating a life built on discipline, growth, and self-respect.

The goal is waking up every day knowing I am moving forward.

The Lion's path is not always easy.

The road may be long.

The challenges may be real.

The setbacks may be painful.

But I have already overcome things that many people would not understand.

I have faced physical challenges.

I have faced financial challenges.

I have faced emotional challenges.

And yet, I am still here.

Still building.

Still learning.

Still training.

Still growing.

Still moving.

Today I will focus on what I can control.

My attitude.

My effort.

My choices.

My discipline.

My actions.

I do not need a perfect life.

I need a purposeful life.

I do not need instant success.

I need daily progress.

I do not need approval from everyone.

I need respect for myself.

Today I move forward.

Today I continue building.

Today I continue fighting in my lane.

Today I continue becoming stronger in mind, body, and spirit.

I am LeoThaLyonVerse.

I am still here.

I am still growing.

And my story is far from finished.
